A serious game is a game with a primary goal other than entertainment. The main goal can be, for example, communication, recruitment, selection, education or gaining insights.

The entertainment aspect of a serious game serves to reinforce the experience and thereby promote the transfer of information. The goals are implicitly built into the game, so that the player can immerse himself fully in the game. In order to realize these goals the game designer will have to work closely with the developer of the game and an expert in the area of the primary goal.
Games is a tried and tested learning method for training personnel all over the world quickly and inexpensively in your chosen areas. If you indicate the learning objectives, RFK will use an E-learning package to provide inexpensive and quick on-site training to your staff as well as help them to keep their knowledge up-to-date.
It is therefore no longer necessary for them to have to visit the home base! If required we will provide you with feedback regarding the test results.
